National:Yvonne
is an experienced politician, who stood for parliament
for the Salisbury constituency in 1997 and increased
the Liberal Democrat share of the vote, placing the
sitting MP in his current vulnerable position by having
less than 43% of the votes cast.
Local:
She works with Liberal Democrat colleagues at District
and County Council levels to promote inward investment,
and the well-being of Salisbury and South Wiltshire

supports her own local casework and has made a positive
difference to people's lives in South Wiltshire.
Local
Government Experience: Yvonne has experience as
a County Councillor (1993-1997), serving as Chairman
of the Countryside Committee, and Liberal Democrat Education
Spokesman, and serving on the Surrey Police Authority,
