Help
return Yvonne as Salisbury MP in 2001

Yvonne
with Sandra Gidley, elected Liberal Democrat MP in the
Romsey by-election
If,
like us, you want a change of MP for the Salisbury constituency,
why not help us to make it happen?! Our neighbouring
constituency of Romsey returned a Liberal Democrat MP
in 2000, and we can do it here, too. The most important
thing is obviously to vote Lib-Dem on June 7th, but
at general elections we can always use extra help. You
never know, your contribution just might be the factor
that tips the balance, and helps us send a truly able
and hard-working MP to Westminster.
Lending
a hand: We need help and volunteers to do the host
of jobs that a local party organisation has to do at
national election times. Those jobs include office work,
delivering leaflets, canvassing (either in person or
by phone); and you don't necessarily have to be a paid-up
party member to do all of them (though of course we'd
rather you were!). If you'd like to help us, please
phone 01722-326336.
Making
a donation: The other way you can help is financially!
If you want to make a donation to party funds to enable
us to campaign locally on Lib-Dem policies, please send
your donation to:

for "Salisbury Liberal Democrat General Election
Fund"!)
Join
the Lib-Demsand help us make a difference!
The
Salisbury Lib-Dems are a thriving local party, but far
more people vote for us than actually belong to the
party. So we always welcome new members. If Lib-Dem
principles appeal to you, and you'd like to help
us make a difference, why not join the party? You can
become a full paid-up member of the Liberal Democrats
for as little as £5, though if you pay a larger
subscription it would strengthen our local campaigning
work.
