We deserve a hard-working MP. The Liberal Democrats are on course to overturn the Conservative majority in Salisbury at the General Election on June 7th. They have an excellent candidate in Yvonne Emmerson-Peirce. In 1997 Yvonne increased the Lib-Dem share of the vote, placing the sitting MP in his current vulnerable position with less than 43% of the votes cast, the weakest Tory position in Salisbury for 50 years.

"The only alternative for real change. I know that Yvonne has worked hard campaigning locally for farms, pensioners, the NHS, rural pubs, local business and transport issues. She will make an excellent addition to the Liberal Democrat Paliamentary Party"

Charles Kennedy MP, Leader of the Liberal Democrats
